We have all heard of pizza.
But how do you make your very own pizza?
It’s easy to make a simple pizza, but can be a bit intimidating.

But the one ingredient that really helps him to enjoy his pizza is the sauce.
In the past, pizza sauces have included mayo, mayonnaise, or some other tomato sauce.
Now, you can use your favorite tomato sauce to make this delicious pizza sauce.
It’s delicious, superfood-friendly, and can be made with any of the ingredients mentioned above.
A quick and easy pizza sauce recipe that will satisfy your craving and keep you full for hours.
(This recipe was inspired by a tip from a friend of mine.)
Ingredients 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided 2 cups chicken stock, divided 3/4 cup fresh herbs 1/2 cup diced tomatoes 2 tablespoons minced garlic 2 tablespoons parsley 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary 1 tablespoon white pepper, plus more for garnish 1/3 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped, to garnish Instructions Heat a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
Add olive oil and sauté the mozzardons for about 5 minutes.
Add the shredded mozarella cheese and cook for about 3 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
Add herbs and garlic, tomatoes, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium-low.
Cook, stirring frequently, for about 30 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
Using a slotted spoon, stir in the remaining 1/8 cup chicken stock and herbs.
Bring back to a low boil and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 hour.
Remove and allow the sauce to cool.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Place the chopped basil leaves in a large bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon of the sauce mixture to the basil leaves and mix to combine.
Add remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil to the mixture.
Pour the remaining sauce mixture into the prepared saucepan and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring often, until all of the tomatoes are soft and bubbly.
Pour over the shredded cheese.
Sprinkle with the remaining basil leaves.
Recipe Notes *This recipe is a great way to make some extra dough for the pizza, so you can make up to six pizzas.
For a thicker, creamier pizza, you may wish to reduce the sauce by adding a bit more liquid.
