Pied Piper, the legendary pizza grill in New York City, has gone the way of the dodo.
It’s gone the old-fashioned way of eating pizza, and it’s made by a pizza shop that is based in India.
“It’s a real pizza restaurant, it’s not a chain restaurant, and that’s what I think is the biggest problem,” Pied told Quartz in an interview in New Delhi.
“There’s a lot of people who come in and say ‘Oh, this is a chain, I’m a customer of that, I want a pizza here’,” Pied said.
“But the customer isn’t the customer.
The pizza is.
That’s the way it is.”
He added that PiedPiper, which has been operating in India since the mid-1990s, has taken a lot out of the old pizza culture.
“When you go to a restaurant and you’re just looking for the right thing to eat, then you don’t go to the pizza place,” he said.
It used to be that you would go to one of these places, sit down, and you would get the pizza, eat it, and then return home.
That was a common experience, and now that it’s a brand-new restaurant, you’re always getting something different, and different pizza is more expensive.
But the pizza is what it is.
People say, ‘What does it matter what I order?
I’m getting the pizza,'” he said, noting that the restaurant has a “very big slice of pizza.
“Piedpiper has been open since 2007.
His original menu included a pizza that included beef, pork, and chicken, and a pizza topped with cheese.
He also had pizza that featured “a slice of ham, some mushrooms, and some veggies,” he told Quartz.
But he’s not the only one to change his pizza menu. “
The whole point of the pizza was that you order it, you get it, then when you come back, you have to get something else,” Pared said.
But he’s not the only one to change his pizza menu.
“A lot of pizzerias have changed their menus,” he explained.
“So we are just going to do our own thing, and if we find a different pizza, we will change it.”
And Pied is not the first to make this switch.
“I think there are probably some pizzeras that are doing it, but there are others that aren’t,” he joked.
The change to Pied-Piper started back in 2013, when Pied approached the owners of the original Pied’s pizza restaurant in Manhattan.
He said he wanted to start a pizza restaurant with a “brand that has something to it,” rather than the pizza that had become ubiquitous in the city’s pizza-restaurant culture.
He was told that Pressed was the only place in New Jersey with a brick oven pizza.
Pied agreed to try to find a place to open in New England.
But it was hard.
“This was like a two-week drive, and we had to get permits from the state of New Jersey,” Piled said.
The owners of Pressed said that the state has not yet given them a permit for a brick-oven pizza restaurant.
Piled, however, was optimistic that PeredPiper would be able to open a brick pizzeria.
“We had the same pizza, but it was not like a brick.
The crust was very different,” Pressed Piper said.
PressedPiper told Quartz that he was also looking to open his own pizzeria in the state.
“They were not going to allow us to open that brick oven, so we were going to go to New Jersey and open our own brick oven.
We have to open it in the same manner,” he continued.
PatedPiper said that he did not expect to have a brick restaurant in New Zealand, and added that he is not going back to the US.
“You don’t get a chance to eat there.
You can’t go and eat there,” he pointed out.
The New Zealand Pizza and Pied Bar, PiedSauce, and Pated Pipers website all say they are open in the country.
But they do not provide the location information on their website, and the owner of PiedPie has not responded to Quartz’s requests for comment.
The Pied Pie restaurant has been serving its pizzas in New Hampshire for more than 25 years.
In fact, it was founded in the United Kingdom in 1987.
But after the pizza chain was purchased by the Piedsauce family in 2015, PatedPie closed.
The chain had been closed in the US since 2018.
